A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate is required for enrollment. The document must be officially translated if not in German, English, or Arabic.
The school must be notified if any information concerning the student changes (address, telephone number, parents’ mobile phone number). The school must also be notified if there are any changes regarding the guardian’s social status (all data will be treated confidentially).
If there is a need to correct the student’s name in official records, proper documentation must be provided including official identification and legal documents supporting the name change.
Previous school certificates, vaccination records, medical reports (if applicable), and passport-sized photographs are required. All documents must be officially translated if not in German, English, or Arabic.
Parents must provide written notice of withdrawal at least one semester in advance. All financial obligations must be settled, and school property must be returned before official withdrawal.
Students participating in school sports competitions must have parental consent and a recent medical certificate confirming fitness for physical activity. Insurance coverage is mandatory.
