At Deutsche Schule der Borromäerinnen Alexandria, theatre plays a special role in our cultural life. Our students are encouraged to explore the richness of both German and Arabic theatre traditions, gaining insights into language, literature, and the performing arts. Each year, the students prepare and rehearse a carefully selected play that is staged as a theatrical and musical production. Under the guidance of their teachers, they not only learn acting techniques and stage presence, but also discover how music and performance come together to create a vibrant artistic experience. The annual theatre performance has become one of the most anticipated events of the school year.
